This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Visit Visa collects, why we collect it, and how it's stored and used when you use our website and e-visa application service.
When you use the eligibility checker, we collect your nationality. When you submit an application, we collect the personal, travel, and passport details you provide (such as your name, date of birth, contact details, and passport number), along with the documents you upload (such as a passport copy and photo). When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and message.
We use your information to check eligibility, prepare and submit your visa application, process payment, communicate with you about your application status, and respond to support requests. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Application data and uploaded documents are stored securely using Supabase, our database and storage provider. Confirmation and status emails are sent using Resend, our email delivery provider. Payments are processed by our payment gateway provider; we do not store your full card details.
We share the information necessary to process your application with the relevant government visa authority (Saudi Arabia, UAE, or Türkiye, depending on your application). We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law or necessary to operate the Service (such as our database, email, and payment providers listed above).
We retain application data and documents for as long as necessary to process your application and to meet any record-keeping obligations that apply to visa facilitation services. You can request deletion of your information by contacting us, subject to any retention we're required to keep for legal or record-keeping reasons.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting support@visit-visa.com.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including secure storage and encrypted payment processing. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
