Visit Visa is an independent e-visa application assistance service. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the governments of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, or Türkiye. We assist applicants in preparing and submitting e-visa applications; the visa itself is issued solely at the discretion of the relevant government authority.
We provide an eligibility check, a guided application process, document collection, application submission, and status tracking for the visa products listed on this website. Processing times shown on the website are estimates provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed, as final approval and timing rest with the relevant government authority.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents you submit are accurate, complete, and genuine. Visit Visa is not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional costs arising from incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent information or documents provided by the applicant.
All fees are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Fees include the applicable government/e-visa fee and our service fee, as shown in your application summary before payment. Payment is processed through a secure third-party payment gateway; we do not store your full payment card details.
Once an application has been submitted and payment has been made, it cannot be refunded. This is because processing begins immediately upon submission, including the government/authority fee portion, which is non-recoverable once submitted. Please review your application carefully before completing payment. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Visit Visa facilitates the application process but does not control, influence, or guarantee the outcome of any visa application. Approval, rejection, and processing time are determined solely by the relevant government authority.
Documents you upload (such as passport copies and photos) are used solely for the purpose of processing your application and are stored securely. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is handled.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visit Visa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from visa application delays, rejections, travel disruption, or any other outcome outside our direct control. Our total liability in connection with any application is limited to the service fee paid for that application.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
